1. Who we are

Falcon operates Falcon Accounts, the single sign-on, billing, and AI credit hub for the Falcon product suite. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: name, email, password hash, avatar, preferences.
  • Billing data: subscription status, billing period, invoice history. Card details are handled by our payment processor (Stripe) and never stored on our servers.
  • Usage data: AI credit consumption, product actions, timestamps, approximate device and browser info.
  • Referral data: affiliate codes attached to your signup, if any.
  • Support data: messages you send us and metadata about the request.

3. How we use data

  • Provide, secure, and improve the service.
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions and credits.
  • Send transactional emails (receipts, security alerts, plan changes).
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing

We share data only with processors that help us run the service: hosting, database, payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, and analytics. Each is bound by a data processing agreement. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and functional cookies (e.g. affiliate referral code) for up to 60 days. We do not use advertising cookies.

6. Retention

We keep account data while your account is active. On account closure, data is deleted or anonymized within 90 days, except records we must retain for tax, legal, or security reasons (typically up to 7 years for invoicing data).

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data from Settings, or by emailing us. If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA including the right to object to certain processing and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

8. Security

We use encryption in transit, strict access controls, row-level security on our database, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password and enable any available account protections.

9. International transfers

Data may be processed in countries other than yours. We rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards where required.

10. Children

Falcon Accounts is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes

We'll notify you of material changes by email or in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
