Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a Falcon Accounts account or using any Falcon product (Falcon Flow Tap, Falcon Flow Leads, Falcon Smart Books, or any successor or add-on product), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Subscriptions and credits

Falcon Accounts sells recurring subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Scale) and one-time AI credit packs. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and automatically renew until canceled. Credit packs are billed once and credits are added to your ledger on successful payment.

Prices and features may change; existing subscriptions continue at their current price until the end of the paid period. Taxes may apply depending on your location and are handled by our payment processor.

4. Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel any time from the Billing page; your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. AI credit packs are non-refundable once credits have been consumed. Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase on request.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Falcon products to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam or malware, reverse-engineer the service, resell access without written permission, or interfere with the service's operation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. AI features

AI-generated output may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any output before relying on it. Do not submit content you don't have the right to use.

7. Intellectual property

Falcon owns the service, its software, branding, and content. You own the content you upload; you grant us a limited license to process it as needed to provide the service.

8. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, non-payment, or misuse. On termination, access ends and data may be deleted after a reasonable retention window.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Falcon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
